Shipping Policy – CreCap

At CreCap, we prioritize a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers. Once your order is placed, our team will process your order within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A second notification will be sent once your order is shipped.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  •  Order Confirmation: After placing your order, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours for verification.
  •  Purchase History Check: We will review your previous order records in the courier system before finalizing the dispatch.
  •  Cash on Delivery (COD): If your purchase history is clear, your order will be shipped under Cash on Delivery, and you will receive a confirmation message.
  •  Advance Payment Requirement: If there are concerns with your purchase history, you will be requested to pay the delivery charge in advance, and a message will be sent regarding this.
  •  Order Cancellation: If the advance delivery charge is not paid within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
